📦 Refund & Return Policy

At GlowNest, we aim to provide quality products at the best prices. Since we work with third-party fulfillment partners, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.
1️⃣ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2️⃣ Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Product received is defective
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Missing items in package
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
- Slight packaging damage (if product is intact)
3️⃣ Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear photos of product
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, return claims may not be approved.
All return requests are subject to verification with our fulfillment partner.
4️⃣ Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–20 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer provides details
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear
- Beauty items
- Opened or used products
6️⃣ Order Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
Delays due to courier, weather, or logistics are beyond our control.
