If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the product supplier.

- India: 5–20 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 5–20 business days
- Europe: 5–20 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3️⃣ Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
4️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link within 2–5 days after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
5️⃣ Customs, Duties and Taxes
All product prices displayed on our store are final prices. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are already included in the product price whenever applicable.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
GlowNest is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
- Refused deliveries
Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If your package is significantly delayed:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
In case of confirmed lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be processed.
